YT Manager (“we”, “our”, or “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the YT Manager application at ytmanager.app.

YT Manager is a YouTube channel management application for creators and agencies. It uses YouTube API Services to display the channels, videos, and analytics you own or manage.

2. Google User Data & Limited Use

YT Manager’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

• We request only read-only scopes: youtube.readonly, yt-analytics.readonly, and yt-analytics-monetary.readonly.
• Google user data is used only to display your channels, videos, analytics, and estimated revenue inside your YT Manager dashboard and reports you request.
• We do not sell Google user data, do not transfer it for advertising, and do not use it to train generalized AI/ML models.
• Humans do not read Google user data except with your explicit consent, for security purposes, to comply with applicable law, or on aggregated, anonymized data.
• YT Manager cannot upload, edit, or delete YouTube content.

By using YT Manager you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google’s handling of your information is described in the Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke YT Manager’s access at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions, or disconnect a channel from the Settings page in the app.

3. Information We Collect

• Account information: name, email address, and profile picture provided when you sign in with Google.
• YouTube channel data: via the YouTube Data API, we collect publicly available analytics such as view counts, subscriber counts, and video metadata for channels you choose to connect.
• Usage data: pages visited, features used, and interaction logs to improve the service.
• Payment information: handled securely by Stripe. We do not store credit card details on our servers.

4. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the YT Manager dashboard and analytics features.
• To generate AI-powered insights and coaching recommendations.
• To process subscriptions and manage billing through Stripe.
• To communicate service updates, security alerts, or support responses.
• To improve our product through aggregated, anonymized usage analysis.

5. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with:

• Google / YouTube: to authenticate you and retrieve channel analytics via the YouTube Data API, subject to Google API Services User Data Policy.
• Stripe: for secure payment processing.
• Cloud infrastructure: our backend and file storage providers, bound by strict data-protection agreements.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page, and you may disconnect any YouTube channel at any time. Upon deletion or disconnection, we remove the related Google user data and channel data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

7. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted storage, and Row-Level Security (RLS) policies on our database. Access to production systems is restricted and audited.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Contact us at support@ytmanager.app to exercise these rights.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the application. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
