1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using YT Manager (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

YT Manager is a SaaS platform that aggregates YouTube channel analytics and provides AI-powered insights, alerts, and coaching recommendations for content creators and multi-channel operators.

3. Account Registration

You must sign in with a Google account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

4. YouTube API Services

YT Manager uses the YouTube Data API to retrieve channel and video information. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google API Services User Data Policy. YT Manager accesses, uses, and stores YouTube API data in accordance with these policies.

5. Subscription & Payments

  • Some features require a paid subscription.
  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings page.
  • Refunds are issued at our sole discretion.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
  • Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Service in an automated manner.
  • Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without authorization.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and materials provided through the Service are owned by YT Manager or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal or business use.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may also delete your account at any time.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YT MANAGER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which YT Manager operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
